Emily has been teaching yoga to adults, kids, and teens since 2008. She is certified at the 500-hour level by Atmananda Yoga and also holds a degree in Dance from Oberlin College.
Her class is an invigorating Vinyasa-style movement party that explores a variety of standing and restorative poses, as well as pranayama and meditation techniques. The backbone of Emily's class is an ever-evolving playlist of music that enhances the student's experience. Hands-on assists and clear cues help to clarify the poses for new students, and deepen the understanding of the practice for seasoned yogis.
